One thing I didn't talk about in the video, is the smoked brisket stall. Now our brisket did hit the stall for around 90 minutes during this cook. There's so many different theories about the stall, but my suggestion is just let it go if you can, as that's when the magic is happening during the stall!
However if you really want to push through it, you can increase your smoker temperature a little or if you haven't already, wrap your brisket in foil as it will create some radiant heat. But like I said, my suggestion is to just be patient and you'll get through it!
