Cheers brus. They were super tender mate with a clean bite through. I can cook to fall off the bone but that is technically overcooked for me. If your into comp BBQ these were cooked a fraction more than comp bbq pork ribs. Just be careful cooking them until they fall off the bone as it won’t work with party ribs as it would be a bit of a pain in the arse 😂
