okay so i used to sneak out almost every weekend , until i got caught last month . so here’s some tips : #1: i’m sure you e heard this but stuffing pillows under your covers can make a huge difference #2: do it when your friends are NOT over , there will be more suspicion, do it alone and meet up with friends. #3: make sure you close doors . sounds stupid. but trust me . my best friend was in charge of the door closing. and she left all of them open bc she didn’t close them all the way . #4: don’t interact to much with your parents before bed. they will get suspicious why your being so nice and talkative , just act normal . #5: make sure everyone has been asleep for at least 30 min . i snuck out while my dad was awake for the first time and got caught. it’s rare your parents will wake up and think “ oh imma go to their room just bc “ lol if they are awake they may say good night or want something. #6: try to turn off location, life 360 just turn off cellular data for it and it won’t send any notifs, IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO DO THAT WITH FIND MY IPHONE please lmk . that’s what my mom checks. #7: take off shoes , until your outside ( wear slides or something light ) #8: walk on the side close to the wall if you are going down stairs. less creak #9: lastly , if you are caught , and your parents call you , answer. the. phone. own up to it or. make up a believable story that won’t get you in as much trouble . STAY SAFE !!!
My escape prep: I planted the pillows under my comforter, and I put my clothes (and wallet, keys, etc.) in the garage in a plastic bag. ALSO planted a water bottle of mine in the room between the garage and my room so that if either of my parents catch me there, I have an excuse. I also called my friend to tell him when to pick me up (and told him to park a little down the street, not right in front of my house.) Escape: I waited until 01:00 AM knowing that my parents would probably be asleep by then because they have to work in the morning. Then I opened my door carefully and closed it behind me, then I snuck into the room between my bedroom and the garage and made sure nobody had woken up before I carefully opened the garage door and closed it again. Then I put my clothes on (I just sleep in boxers, so I don't even have to hide my pajamas anywhere. Then I texted my friend who was about 5 minutes away so I just waited in my garage for about 4 minutes before heading out, carefully closing the garage door behind me and then I walked down the street and waited for my friend who arrived just after me and BOOM escaped. Breaking back into the house: Now, you might not realize this, kids, but it's actually harder to get back in than sneak out (for me, anyways). So, it's about 5:30 AM when I'm on my way back home and I walk to my house, kind of crouching 'cause that night I was pretty high and a little bit drunk, I had my keys in my hand and went in through the garage door, where I came from, and quickly but carefully closed it after myself and then I quickly snuck into my room again and took my clothes off and got into bed, also ruffled my hair a little bit to make it look like I had slept a long time. Result: Success.
I have to share my story!! So I regularly sneak out because my house is loud and extremely easy to sneak out. I sneak out of the garage door then through the garage window on the other side. I chill my friends and go to a party until 3ish so I come back and crawl through the window. I get to the garage door... it’s locked. So I’m like damn what’d I get myself into. I then go check the back door (it was also locked) so I go to the front door, the loudest door in the house, and shockingly, it was locked as well. At this point I wanted to lay down in the driveway and die. (Keep in mind my parents are unimaginably strict.) luckily, my older sister was home from college. I run to my pond in the back of the yard and grab a handful of tiny rocks. I go to my sisters window and throw them at the window. Eventually I ran out of rocks so I had to get more. I threw them way harder and she finally wakes up and comes downstairs to the front door. I tell her to go unlock the garage door and I climb inside, tell her what happened and we both laughed and went upstairs. You can’t make that stuff up. 100% truth. Thank you Queries Of The Interweb!! I wish my siblings were that cool, they’re all strict like my parents. I’m the bad kid in the family and they don’t even know... dress as if your older, half the time the police don’t even stop to catch you anyway. also take lowkey roads, don’t take main roads or go downtown, that’s where all of them are gonna be at, for me curfew is 12:00 am so i go out before then so i still have a good half hour to fifteen minutes where i know i’m safe which is usually enough time to get where i need to go. always use things like bikes, skateboards, etc. don’t get to worried because several police have gone right beside me and didn’t ever stop to make me go in. JUST LOOK OLDER.
Anissa Lingley my mom and dad are like I’m in there fucking 50s and my mom is Christian af so same. The problem for me is the fact that my brother is diabetic and so my dad stays up till like fucking 3 to check is blood sugar so like I kid you the fuck not I am debating using my fire escape latter to climb out my window
As I was walking out the door they came to the kitchen where the door was so I had to act like I was sleep walking and started walking down the road and they kept following me and laughing so I was walking for like ten minutes before they “woke me up” and we went back inside but I ended up getting out later.😂

It hapened to me as well but i was working and 3rd shift and i finished around 2 or 3 in the morning but my mom was suposed to wake up at 4 am so there i was sleeping in trampoline when i just got slapped and i was like yo mom wtf why did u slap me and so i got slapped again and she told me to go and sleep in my bed and when she got home after her shift she told me that door was unlocked cause she saw i forgot my key. Arty Art Art I have a theory but I’m not sure how probable it is. I know it’s really easy to pop off the screen, so do that and somehow glue or attach it to the window itself. So if they look at it from the outside it looks normal and attached. And it should look normal from the inside as long as your window is closed. I think this is one of my stupidest ideas yet but it might be worth a try? Lmao
I have an apartment, so no windows. I pretty much just wanted to go out for a walk, so I pretended that I was sleep walking just in case someone woke up. And then, boom, came back after 20 minutes and my dog started barking. ;-;
Well I got out pretty easily no one even knew I was awake and so I stayed out with friends for 2 hours and then then headed back to my house and when I was changing back into my pajamas my dog started barking so I hauled ass into the house and acted like I just woke up to the sound too

I’m actually doing this tonight! I’m going to meet my BF and hang with him in his car. I seriously took your advice and planning is the most important part!! I can not stress that enough. And time!! Make sure you know the times people go to sleep and wake up.
One thing he didn’t mention, is practice. The more you practice before, the better off you will be. I used to practice sneaking out. Every week, I would sneak outta my house, then go to the hill at the top of my road. Then sneak back. So when I actually did sneak out, i had trained for it. I even made a hole to hide my bag of clothes.
My window is perfect for sneaking out bc it's on the other side of the house as my parents room and on a different floor, so i got ready at midnight to head out, put pillows under my blankets, had a note saying i would be back just in case, and i left through my window and had to go through like 6in of snow to not get caught by a ring doorbell and that was loud asf, then i got to hang out with my friend who couldn't for a year bc of covid (didn't do anything illegal just hung out) then on the way back to my house a cop stops us and was like "you know curfew is at 11:00p.m. right? And we said "no we didn't officer we were heading back from a sleepover and we can show you if you'd like but it's kinda far away (lie) and he asks for our names and addresses and asks if we have anything illegal on us which we didn't so we say no, and he drove off without calling my parents, then when i got back my parents were letting dogs out so i had to hide behind something in the backyard for 10-20mins b4 i could go back in, i creeped thru the loud snow and made it to my window when i saw lights on the window that was above mine, so i went full ninja mode and got back in and NEVER GOT CAUGHT
I did this I snuck out to got see my two best friends it was at 2:00 am we were gonna meet up at the park cause we lived kind of close so we met there then but we Bring our bathing suits because there was a lake at the park so we went in the lake,yes it sounds bad but it was actually fun,so then we saw the park patrol where we had to get out the lake real quick and we ran,he saw us tho and Ran after us but then he stoped and we ended up at the mall but it was late and no one was there,so one of my friends had the idea to go to the back to see if the door was open and turns out it was so we got in the mall we just ran around and we played hide and seek then we heard something coming up one of the stairway we thought it was a Security guard so we ran out of the mall and we ended up at Chick-fil-A then after we ate Each of us went back home to check to see if our parents were sleeping and our set up was still good Then we met back up and hang down at the beach and we try to go in the water but it was freezing cold I’m just hanging out for at least another hour and we went back home and it was 6:25am when we got back it was A fun night and we didn’t even get caught by our parents
I sneak out sometimes, for starters I'd recomemd going out through either your bedroom window or back door back door bc if you got cameras with sensors outside yo front door. Ounce outside wear bland colors, lots of black or grey and a little white, bc this will also help you hide in a person's bush and hide yo normal taste of clothes(not for goths tho) you'd rather get cought by yo parents other than the cops, let's say you did something like ding ding ditch 5 homes, if something does go down with the police (if yuh gonna do sum do it in another neighbor Hood just in case of neighborhood apps where ppl can report stuff) go straight back home and stay out of sight and keep noise to a minimum, also when u get back change out and make sure every family car and person is in place and go to sleep if it's a school night, your welcome and it's night af where I'm at so goodnight my fellow juvinells and rebels 💯🙏 I'm going to sleep at 12:15 so i could wake up and get to the bus at 6:00
Yo so last night I snuck out and I biked 3 miles to my friends house when we got there we decided to bike down to our high school when we got there we lifted up the garage and got in then after that we went to this kids party and after the party was over I looked for my bike and someone stole it so I had to take a 5 mile hike back to my house

Few more tips I use when sneaking out : you can also pretend that you are going to the bathroom when sneaking out. After your parents go to sleep wait at least 1 hour till they fall asleep
I opened the door and hour before I snuck out because the door makes a beep sound with the alarm. An hour later I walked through the pre-opened door. Walked through my neighbors back yard to avoid the street. I got to a point that was safe and called up da boyzzzz. And partied all nite long!!!!!!!💯💯💯
I did this tactic once and succeeded then went on to doing it 2 times a week (friday and saterday) for 3 months because who wants to be at home when u smoking bud Until one saterday I go out to smoke the loudest bud ever only to get back in go to sleep wake up in the morning realising that the bud was so fire I stunk the house from the smell being left on my clothes because I took my clothes inside. Moral of story leave the clothes outside.
Any tips for old houses? cuz like my floorboards are creaky, my stairs are creaky. sometimes i sorta like crawl around like a spider at night to distribute body weight so it isnt as loud but its still quite loud. my parents are also light sleepers so they hear really quiet sounds smh

A tip I know is typically floor close, directly touching the wall makes far less noise. Just be careful not to leaning on the wall or you make turn on a light switch.
Just keep walking your sneak out route and make note of stuff that makes noise like what parts of the floor creak and which doors are the loudest Also If u have more than one door to ur house find out which ones quietest Some ppl say it’s a bit too extra but getting caught isn’t an option
So i went out my window that was right below my parents room and as i was walking out the motion lights starting turning on everywhere so i got paranoid as hell. My friend picked me up and then we drove to go to Sheri’s ( a pie restaurant type thing) and we got food. I left with this hot boy and he dropped me off at my house. I crawled back into he window and right as i did so my mom was awake and was right next to my room door. Thank god i was wearing Pajamas and no shoes, i told her i was getting water and she believed it! I’ve done this about 10 times and haven’t got caught :) I have light sleeping parents, creaky floors, alarms system and a dog. What a success!
Key tip: if you forgot your key and have no way to get it in, just call you parents to open the door, cause if you have you sleeping clothes in a bag outside, then change into those and when they come open the door and ask what you are doing, just say that you came out to look at the stars, or that you thought you saw something outside, but accidentally locked yourself out, but accidentally locked yourself out
Samuel Atencio 2 I can do that. Step 1. Ask to use the restroom. Step 2. Walk out of a side exit (DO NOT WALK OUT THE FRONT) Step 3. Make sure it is around 12:00 or noon. Step 4. Make a sprint to the woods or off school property, and wait until the end of the day. Or make your way home off of the streets or main routes. Enjoy.

that only works if u have a substitute bc usually they take attendance and then send a kid down with the list so ur set bc they cant change it after its left the room, yea they can call the office but they most likely wont depending on how strict ur school it with ditching also u wanna make sure u keep up with the work and the notes or like whatever happens in class just so the next day if ur teacher asks u ab class u know whats up
i’m 12 but i wanna practice sneaking out for later. I have a doggy door so i’m gonna practice crawling through it and i’ll slowly work my way from standing outside the dog door to going to the gate to going to the end of my house to going to the street. Then i want to try to go to my friends house that lives down my street (i live on a dead end street so no cops thank god) This will be useful practice for when i’m older and need to REALLY sneak out.

I have a story. So my friend asked me to sneak out with her so we could hang out maybe buy a few snacks. This is both our first times sneaking out so we both watch tutorials like this. I pack everything I need and jump out my window. Keep in mind this window is like 7 ft tall and I’m a 5 ft 6 in female with barely average upper body strength. So I successfully get out and meet my friend. We hang out for a while and sneak into her house. Then I get a text from my mom saying she can’t fall asleep cus of her sore leg so she’s doing yoga and hope she doesn’t bother me. I’m a little worried but she doesn’t text me again so I’m good for now. When I finally leave and get back home I realize just how tall my window is. Well shit. This is where I start to panic and keep trying to jump into my room. I fail and look around for something to stand on but remember my mom always gardens in our yard and would notice if something was missing not underneath my window. So that option isn’t possible either. Next I try calling my 19 year old brother that’s living with because of quarantine. He doesn’t respond so I start to panic even more. At this point I think I might get caught so I keep trying to jump for the window. THEN I NOTICE THE FUCKING MOTION DETECTOR OUTSIDE OUR HOUSE. Maybe the front door is unlocked. I go around the house to check but no luck. That’s when I remember I came prepared for this including a KEY. My friend is on the phone supporting me throughout this (Love you Sophia) and I finally get inside. Since my parents sleep a floor above me they probably didn’t hear this and just in case they did I cover it up by loudly getting a glass of water and here I am. It’s not morning yet and I still have to worry about my brother seeing I called him and my mom possibly checking my room while I was out. Most likely gonna get my ass whooped. Ok so i live in spain and i live in a third floor,so aint no sneaking out of a window unless u want to go to the party in an ambulance, so i need to go out the door, first i hid the clothes just beside my door for quick take when i leave, my door is halfway bt my room and my moms, and she is easy wake up type...my excuse is im bringing the milk back to the frige. My door loud af, so it was go fast or stay home😂, i snuck out succesfully, went for a dip in random pools with a friend, had a good time, but when i made it back at 5:30 i got caught in my pijamas, she made a big deal out of me in my pjs at 530,and im bout to do it again for a party, so wish me luck🔥❤️💪

Thanks for the tips I've snuck out various times hahaha and i instinctly used all your tips, (not the clothes one tho). So in my house i have the main door in the kitchen which is locked of course but the problem is that my parents always leave the key inside the lock,amd i forgot about it the first time i snuck out so i got ready, opened the door and left it unlocked but my father usually wakes up to go to the bathroom and goes outside to see how's the weather and since it was the first time i forgot about it. I left opened the garage silently and pushed the car wirh my best friend driving away from my house then i go back a close the garage we go on our way enjoying driving we go to a gas station and so on when i arrived home it was 5am we put the car back i the garage and we said goodbey to each other, the problem was getting in. The door was locked i almost panicked but i remembered we have the side door (on the side of the house wich i left unlocked) that door is in a hallway wich is usually full of stuff like boxes of clothes and all that i carefully opened the door because it makes a huge noise if you don't know the trick to open it pushed all the stuff slowly and got in. Then i went right to my bedroom changed clothes and went to the "safe spot" (kitchen) waited til i didn't notice any noise put the car keys were they were and went to bed. (I'm 17 and were i live you need to be 18 to drive so i was driving illegally but i know how to drive. You shouldn't do it but if ypu do please be careful.) Good luck to y'all naughty people 😈😂🤙❤️

more tips: •dishwashers are v good for noise •i dont recommend pulling a ferris bueller unless you actually snore in your sleep •sheet ropes are not recommended unless nessecary •if you do use a sheet rope, try to not leave it hanging out your window (im paranoid of intruders) •sliding doors are often quieter than doors with knobs •pillow person: stuff pants and a hoodie with pillows so its easier for you to logically position (and also then the head can be above the blanket) •open everything as slowly as possible •if your floors creak and its unavoidable, walk closer to the walls bc thats where the floor is most supported •if you have an oldish house that you and your family has discovered regularly creaks even if no ones up and about, they will probably write off small creaks as that •do not i repeat DO NOT use your own car unless it is ABSOLUTELY 100% necessary. that is a dead giveaway because it is loud and very obvious when its missing •if you HAVE to use a car, DO NOT START IT. put it in neutral and let it roll out of the driveway •if a friend is picking you up in their car, DO NOT have them park in front of your house. have them park down the street. •for all my women/feminine/afab nonbinary/feminine looking nonbinary folks or anyone worried about getting attacked, bring a weapon if you have to walk. better safe then sorry. pick up a long wooden stick at home depot or use a hiking stick or get a wooden broom and chop off the duster part so its just the handle •if youre drinking, obviously dont accept drinks you didn't watch them pour if you have any questions or other tips youd like to add, dont be shy reply!

She quickly said "twinky got out im looking for her" (twinkys her dog) i being the panicked little bitch i am just stood there in silence. This is my story: So I decide to sneak out to drive my dad's car ( I absolutely adore cars and the idea of having control of one sent shivers down my back). So I stole the key, I kept another one which was not working, and I planned to go at 2.00. I even kept an alarm and all ( but I was too excited to sleep). I watched your videos that night which gave me a ton of confidence. So when it was time, I put on my socks ( to reduce sound), quielty opened all the doors ( like my life depended on it) . The lock on the main door was the loudest. Somehow I managed to get out, take a couple of rounds in the car and even managed to reverse park( all of this never having driven a car before). Some might say it was irresponsible and i putting other peoples property and security on the line. Im not saying it wasnt. It was 2 am noone in the area, I darent go to the highway. Im not trying to justify what I did and im never going to do it again. Im just gonna take it as a past experience. Anyways, i snuck back in( not being as careful as when I snuck out, but quiet enough). Never got caught, and not a scratch on the car. As im writing, this laying in my bed, at 2.37, recalling the endeavors I had comminted half an hour ago, all I can say is Thank you, to everyone who shared their spectacular stories and to you, who is reading this and hopefully getting motivated to write a story of your own tonight. OK so i tried this and here is the story. i did as you said and i my mom was actually still awake on the couch but i wanted to see my best friend so bad so i went out the fount door. my front door has wood flooring so it was really squeaky but i managed to walk against the walls so it wouldn't make noise. but i had a Halloween decoration on the door so when you open it it would clang around. she didn't seem to notice so i went outside and grabbed my bag and changed. i ran up my street to my best friends house and she fell asleep so i slept on the couch with her brother until 5 in the morning. when i got home i made it in success fully but i left my jacket on the pouch along with my bag. i hid them under some chairs. when i woke up in the morning, my jacket was on the table and i knew i was busted. but i went outside and received my bag and they haven't said anything about it. i think i will do this more often. i am only 12 and already living my best life
I snuck out last night and my friends and i smoked some weed. So we were walking around and all of a sudden my friends mom appears in her car. Long story short we got taken home in thst car and she told our parents. Note that we were all very high during this trouble🤣
I literally had to plan this out. My parents got an alarm system (for me) even though they say it’s to keep out burglars or whatnot. I first found a way around that so it won’t go off and it’ll stay silent. I also took note of their sleep habit. Then took and made as much noise as possible. And left through my window. I come from a strict home. And as many times as they’ve tried to keep me in I still find a way out😂💪🏻
My first journey was a fail though. I didn’t know what I was doing and I didn’t know what my parents were capable of. Here’s another tip. Take note of your parents sleep habits. How long it takes for them to enter a deep sleep. Take note of when they usually get up in the morning or when they get up to get something.
Last night there was a party so at around 10:30 pm my friend was parked down the road so I had to sneak through my basement and there’s a door that goes out into the garage and then one that goes outside. I went out into the garage and just sat there for a couple minutes and then I opened up the door that goes outside and it was super loud and then I just stood there for a few minutes. My parents were awake but didn’t hear it. I snuck past the ring doorbell and then walked down the road. I went to the party and got home around 1:30 am and then I had to sneakily open the door and get back inside. I did it all without getting caught and my #1 tip is to not sneak out while your parents are awake because there’s a high chance you’ll get caught and I’m lucky that I didn’t get caught
