Great job! I also have a homemade reflow oven and use it quite frequently. The problem I am facing is that my PCBs turn yellowish after baking. What time/temperature settings are you using?
For unleaded soldering in profesional oven with three partition is set: 162 °C in first, 215°C in second and 255°C in third. Time in every partition is 60 seconds. But yellow color there will alvays, if PCB is vithout solder mask or tin film.
Hi, could you please share me the link to purchase the same LEDs. I need to purchase the 3535 smd 6volt 2 watts with that lens. Or else only that lens. I managed to source out the LEDs but I haven't found the lens on Amazon or any other online shopping applications.
this way is forbidden by most manufacturers, Led chip are too much sensitive for overheating. In this gun,you cant watch temperature. look at datasheets for this leds.
