How to decode the secret message on Shadows of Evil under the floating brick!

the x is there because you need a pair of 2 characters to get the letters and the x was just because you need 2 characters

I am so glad to have someone like Mr.RoflWaffles in this with other Easter egg hunters, dedicating a lot of their time looking for clues and whatnots whilst being able to decipher these codes. They should just make an anti-Treyarch team that fights back. It's like a war, a challenge, an obstacle course. And these youtubers are our troops. Honestly what would we do without them, so much much respect go out to these guys, we would be completely helpless without them.
