In this video tutorial guide, we demonstrate how to solve the second puzzle, Maps & Markers (the one with the pillars and tiles), in We Were Here Expeditions: The FriendShip. This tutorial explains how to solve the tile puzzle well enough to proceed through the game and also shows how to get a perfect score of 21 points to get a golden ticket. Level 2 is also known as the color puzzle because you have to get each color (red, blue, and green) to at least 12 points to pass the level.
We Were Here Expeditions: The FriendShip is a co-op puzzle game that relies on communication with your partner to get through each section. In this bite-sized puzzle adventure, you and a friend explore a pirate-themed amusement park and build a boat together to test the strength of your friendship. Completing puzzles will earn you tickets (bronze, silver, and gold), and you use those tickets to upgrade your boat. The better you work together and communicate, the better ticket you receive.

Thankyou so much for this video it was absolute hell for my mate and I, we were stuck on this single puzzle for 2 hours barely scraped a bronze ticket we scored 15 on this one and in the end we got bronze on all three of the puzzles 🤣 never the less we had a blast playing it though, wish you both the absolute best thanks again for this amazing video you really helped my dumb brain figure it out thanks again 😁 💙

Super helpful, me and my girlfriend were on the brink of giving up the game after barely making copper in this one but this helps it make a lot of sense. We're still taking a break (RNG in a puzzle game is and will always be stupid) but once we've made our piece with it we're going for the gold!

Spent an hour on yesterday. Got it more or less sussed but as pillar dude, its good to see I don't need anything more than groups of 3. My pal the tile dude needs to pull his finger out tonight ;) Great addon though and I hope that becuse it's free, it might inspire people to go and get the other ones.

My friend and I strat was to have 2 Pillars to prioritize for all 3 colors. Player 1 goal is to aim for 7, the goal of player two is to aim for 3. 7 times 3= 21. Always choose the block with the most colors, if you have enough titles to choose freely whatever color you want, the other player should do whatever he think is best. Loved the platinum for this game. Was so fun. Edit: watching this video, I realized we had the same strat. We both watched your video to get a small understanding of what to do, but we stopped after it clicked with us, thank you for your help!

12 Hours in this puzzle, got gold the first time and finished the game but I have to redo it to get all the ship gold for the last achievement ALWAYS reach the final point where we need either 1 point of a color that either player can do but the game just denies it on purpose and gives the exact other two colors just to make you loose… I’m going crazy

@@jackofalltrades2135 It just means randomly generated. In this case, it means that you don't get the same colors for your pillars and tiles in a specific order each time you play. It's random, which means there's no set solution that works every single time. You have to work with what you are given.

You don't need to use buttons. You just have to walk around the empty hexagon on the floor since the position of the tile will depend on how you are facing the hexagon

When you invite your friend, in left section of the screen you will see a level select showing 100% completion. Click on it and select "start a new game" and you will start with 0% completion

I asked Kat, and they said: Basically you just move around where you want to place it until the ghost image looks how you want before you place it. So you have to physically move your character around. I don't think you actually press a button to rotate them.

basicly the the octagons need to be 7 each color and the other one that looks temple needs to be on 3 each color . then you will get 21 on all colors . its really easy but u need to have a mike to tell your friend where to place the ocatgons first .
