didn't work so I just used another service, if you find yourself trying all these and they don't work I recommend just dropping it as its not going to get any better. the weird thing is it worked for other videos of the same youtuber just not the one and only video I needed

my vlc interface is not the same as this video,,, i dont have the "tools" menu....

I've never seen VLC not play anything ever and if you are having issues; and aren't able to figure it out to the point that you need to convert video formats by the use of another program; it is time to format your PC buddies. Cheers; VLC plays everything and check your fps everywhere also; and research where to check to make sure fps are correct everywhere.
