I found that the a good cure is: taking time off work! We deserve it.

Amazing shelter you're sitting in. I'll bet it was fun to build.

Yes it was. It's the 7th or 8th home I've built, several benders, a yurt and 2 roundhouses. My friend calls this one a Splender, rather than bender ☺️ This one took a lot longer as building with round wood and square timber, (windows and door frames) it's quite a number...

Thanks for this, yet another timely pop up . I will definitely give this a go, my toes seem to be taking the brunt these days. The way you talk us through the process and explain as you go is very helpful 🥰

Thank you a good reminder. Those children's parties, I remember feeling like that! I was a little younger but a single parent. I'm 55 now and my nervous system is firing again, fears of world events combined with the menopause, another intense combination! I am reading 'Wise Power' by Alexandra Hope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer. I believe this is the book of the era for me and she also recommends alternate nostril breathing. I will try the emerald green flush.

Oh I wish I could talk to you about babies later in life. Both me and mum had babies in our late 30s and early 40s. Whilst I love my kids, this was not the brightest idea. My eldest has not continued the trend. Thank goodness. She's already a better mum.

I have to disagree about having kids early When you’re younger you may have more energy but you have no life experience and unconscious

Yes, this was the premise I was coming from, which of course has merit. I guess things happen as they do and all have plus and minuses. I wouldn't be so worried if either of my daughters had children earlier in life now tho as children sure temper us!

Many “older” parents probably worry more about the dangers and become helicopter parents. I’ve seen this happen. So the children don’t grow up to be independent and knowledgeable about many things… probably why so many people are living in their parents basements…

@@janetnorris2255 older parents have more emotional intelligence and worked through their own issues and know how to self regulate. Thats the best gift you can give your kid

It always depends how you opened your consciousness in younger age.
