Bill, great insights as always. "Believability" is certainly one of the main reasons why I follow you here on RU-vid. 👏✌️

What great insight! I'm just beginning to break into this and I'm a songwriter and a singer. This reminds me of how I feel when I'm singing something, the way that you put yourself into it. Truly helpful and inspiring. Thank you 🙂 wish me well. Tina

While I 100 percent agree, some of the responsibility lies with the copywriter to accomplish the things you’re talking about here. Your tips are so useful and helpful. Great insight. Thanks.

Thanks for this Bill it’s been very useful. I have referred your video to some friends in a film club about narration over video. We are all only amateurs but they seem almost frightened to do VoiceOver for themselves I think they need to get an actor in to do it. Your tips have certainly given them a lot more confidence One feature of our modern world is that more and more people can produce videos for them selves and so talk to camera. One major mistake seems to be particularly among younger content producers is that they talk much too fast, and I have to say it tends to be American youngsters who are mostly at fault. Invariably they start their videos by introducing themselves but some do it at such a ridiculously fast pace you just cannot, cannot understand what they’re saying. As a result I am sat on the back foot straight away.

Just subscribed to your Chanel last night, looking forward to learn. Where could I get a script for doing hospital demo for cancer research or patients? I have a vision where I want to go but given I've lost family members to this disease I can definitely relate, God bless! & happy new year

So, if I have a low voice, I already have two strikes against me. I'm at the stage where I'm just thinking about the possibility. Perhaps I should try something else.

people do care how you sound... i click on youtube videos all the tiime and have to turn them off due to an awful sounding voice.. people with annoying voices are horrible to listen to, even if theyre being super nice and friendly... and a lot of voices just sound shady... i had a good friend witha voice like that, youd think he was lying whenever he spoke just by his inflections, but he wasnt.. he just had a very unfortunate sounding voice... so saying voice sound doesnt matter is... being very nice to people with bad voices... a good voice is smooth, and soothing, bad voices are irritating, and annoying.
