Egg Language seems REALLY different from Pig Latin, in Pig Latin if a word starts with a consonant then you move all the consonants up to the first vowel to the end then add 'ay' to the end, so like 'friend' becomes 'eindfray' and if the word starts with a vowel then you put either 'way' or 'yay' at the end of the word (it depends on the dialect) so like 'ours' becomes 'oursway/oursyay' so yeah, very different languages. WOAH that’s so cool! and omg so much more complex than pig latin, which is actually different to egg language. In pig latin you take the first set of constants in a word, move it to the end of the word and add ay. some examples: pig = igpay. stephanie = ephaniestay. it’s much easier to do but bc of this way easier for people to know what your saying bc you do less to the word 😕

It’s called all of those things, but pig Latin pig Latin is its own language where you swap the first and last letter of each word you say and add ay at the end! So for example, if you wanna say hi, my name is Bee you would say ihay ymay eamnay siay eebay. I eophay uoyay eiklay ehtay utorialay.

There’s also one called Ovegove where instead of dg you use “oveg”. But somehow with this knowledge i could still interpret your version

Love how you broke this down, we spoke backslang in my school but it sounded slightly different, I thought I was just getting old seeing your videos! 😂 Turns out my school would have slightly different rules, so rather than the syllables being broken up by just dg we would also add a v so it was dgv in between so it just of rolled off the tongue better? But completely agree once you get it you get it and can just speak super fast! 😁

Egg language is very different from piglatin, for piglatin you say each word like this. Here - erehay Star - tarsay Kaylee - ayleekay Phone - honepay RU-vid - outubeyay And so on... I think you get it. What you do is you.. eg word is Star 1. Remove the first letter from a word Tar 2. Put the first letter at the end of the word Tars 3. Add "ay" Tarsay Simple right? Hope that helps! :)

my mum and dad used to speak this i remember from when i was 5 .... and by the time i was a bit older i would understand everyhin... but they did only the 1st couple of sylabils in a word.. i thought it was just called backslang or pig latin
