Hello Anpu! I´m from Brazil and due to my activities at the job, I´ve had a lot of contact with Indian engineers in the past 12/24 months. Your videos have helped me a lot, since I found you here it´s been much easier to communicate with them. Thanks a lot for sharing such a good content. May God bless you and your family, keep up the good work!
Thanks so much for doing this sharing. I am working with a lot of indian people. Not being able to understand them is really frustrating. This helps me to understand the differences.
I'm having ablast with these videos! Not only do I use them in my classes, but I love to watch them alone, give this accent a try. It's such a beautiful accent
I would love if you could continue this series. I've been using it to teach business English. My students are finally beginning to understanding the Indian accent. Please consider adding more videos to this series!!
Brilliant- very interesting and would be helpful for teachers. Also actors -I am doing a play ( amateur) and this has been so useful. It all has a great sound to it
I appreciate you making so many videos about Indian accents. Since I have great difficulty understanding Indian English, I was searching for a video in which I could hear lots of Indian English to get used to the accent. Then I came across this video. You are so amazing!

I' m at the teachers training college , and your video was very useful to prepare a final exam ( regarding to varieties of English).Thank you very much!! 🤗
Irish Lu it isn’t wrong, it’s just how they speak. As long you understand how they speak then that’s fine. The grammar sometimes if probably wrong. You’re wrong
Irish Lu well the standards for you are high, But not at all. Some pronunciations are a problem, but it isn’t considered wrong. The standard english is with American accent, If you want to learn an accent then you need to do it CORRECTLY. Doing Indian accent is hard. No accents are wrong, it’s just that the standard English accent pleasurably to be used is American Accent.
I love doing improv, Different accents are on my tool belt. Thank you for this, when explaining how to pronounce things in either a british or indian accent please explain the placement of the tongue, it definetely helps
I am Brazilian and I just love speaking english, when I was in school studying programming I used to watch a lot of tutorials by Indians and I just love this accent.
Absolutely wonderful. I am a huge fan of yours. I'm subscribing and yes, I will be looking forward to part 4, and 5, and 6, and 7.... Not to mention that I love your beautiful smile and you are also a good teacher. Thanks a lot for sharing it all with us.
Hello mate, I'm from south India. Your London accent is pretty cool, I just wanted to get some tips to learn it. It would be really helpful if you provide some insight for it. No matter how i try, i still cant get it in right way.
Dear Anpu, I've just discovered you and I must say I find your videos most helpful to train my students of English to understand the Indian accent when talking to Indian people at work. Congrats and I'll continue using your material in my classes. Regards from Argentina. Alejandra Alfieri
Awesome. I am from Papua New Guinea and I have been practicing to improve my Indian Speaking Accent. This video is really helpful. Thanks and keep it up.
Your videos wll save me, I started in new job, where I'll interect with Indian people, by Online call, so imagine that is hard to me understand the accent because of the sound quality. Thanks for help me!
I've been working with many Indian people and I do have a lot of friends among Indian people. I really like this. I'd be happy to hear more on the way Indian people pause. I am now taking a course and the person speaks so slowly that I need to run it at speed of 1.5x not to fall asleep and even at this speed pauses between words are sooooooo looooong...
Thanks! Great video! looking forward part 4! maybe you can read one short paragraph of random article using Indian accent. instead comparing word to word in Indian and British(nothing wrong about that, just different way) I am trying to learn all kind of accent just for fun, French, German, etc.. and Russian.. now Indian.

I suggest to foreign people to don't be offended if some person from another country asks to repeat or slow down your speech, it's just a matter of adaptation or adjust in the communicatoin. It's just a matter of collaborate to the communication flows better. With some time - and a little of kindness, also - the communication can be evolute quick fastly. Let's go to put in the other's place.

Bro.. Let me ask you... Do you think that all Indians have the same accent... ...here we have huge number of people who can speak the neutral accent.. That's why British and American call centers are in India
Vishnu, but your accent is difficult for important number of people, when i must to call for example a hunt number always start the conversation: sorry can you speack me slow because your accent is very diffcult to ear you. So sorry but its true. Regards from Santiago of Chile.
Hi, i'm currently conducting research about Indian English. I wonder what is the most recognized /r/ sound used by Idian English speakers? Is it supposed to be retroflex flap /r/ or alveolar flap /r/ ? Thank you in advance.
