Practice what you're preaching plz. Your presentation has no pauses

it sounds like you were making it up on the fly, and you trying to sell inspiration and getting your people to come together as one needs work. There was no passion or real feeling in what you were doing. The passion is what connects the people, and you had none. Impactful is the key word and what was your impact? What is the statement that pulled your audience to you? There was none! Nice try but you have to come better than that, there was no real since of journey even if it was just an example, I never felt connected to anything you said.
