The best thing to do is use your common sense!
Does it smell strong of chemicals, does the stinging look off, shape not right and are the chain links lumpy and look cheap then it is. Is there gold? go to your jeweler and ask if he /she can inspect it.

I disagree on markings on the cc closure there a lot of authentic Chanel bags this days that don’t have the markings on the cc closure lock and still marked as made in France without the mark on the cc partial inaccurate info can make u think the safest way to buy a bag is at the store it self.... or reputable luxury resale company I guess

Something amiss here… the small fastening (shown at the end if this video) will always say Chanel Paris, even if your bag was manufactured by Chanel in Italy. The company itself is from Paris but manufacturing also happens in Italy.

It's not fake, as stated after a certain year they did not use the stamp anymore because Chanel no longer used gold in plating or otherwise. Boo on Chanel. I want the gold. This is true because my old 1995 Chanel bag has the stamp, but my 2012 and 2015 does not. Both purchased from Chanel boutiques. (Beverly Hills and Honolulu Hi)

My aunt is an authenticator. They are getting better and better with the fakes. However, there are some stuff that he left out here. Hopefully on purpose. I'd be embarressed to wear a fake. If I couldn't afford it, I would have nothing until I could. However, now they bumped their prices up so much, that I will never purchase another.

You are sharing disinformation between people, and if there is no stamp on a Chanel logo, it does not mean it’s made in Italy. It can be made in France as well.

well....really? disinformation is a little bit harsh to put it lightly. say it's misplaced information or incorrect information but the majority of what I'm saying is correct. Due to high demand of this bag they switched over from Italy and France. But I do appreciate you watching my video :)

It matters if you’re paying five and $10,000 but if it’s fake and you know it then that’s fair game I think but they should be sold without manipulating people
