Whoa! Too much clutter! I would go crazy in there. Too many things going on at once. Looks overcrowded and visually messy. Only the wealthy will call that a small space but she's cramped it up with too much stuff.
you have great tips and idea and we should all realise you are giving suggestions. This is perfect for this client so others of us can take the ideas and work them to suit our space. Many of the comments below seem so critical when this is to give us ideas it's not definitive for everyone...I love your styling Libby, you're amazing
Round is not always better for glass tables. Some people like the hard lines and symmetry of the rectangle glass table. Just saying you may wanna rethink that comment.
great ideas, but too much going on in the room. Too busy. It makes me edgy. Too many mirrors doubles your clutter too. So, the ideas are really good, but too much of them all in the same place can really overwhelm a place.
Some good info, but too .any mirrors, and look at that Microwave on the fridge too. You would have to be at least 6 ft to be able put food in n out , then it may still spill out on you when you did put drinks or food in it!
That’s over cluttered . I totally don’t agree as too many things to take. the tv should not be surrounded by any thing so your eyes would be focused on the Tv .
Yes, I agree with all of these things, especially painting accent walls, extra shelving, dressers and mirrors galore. I can appreciate what glass top tables do in small spaces also, even though I'm not a huge fan, I would get place matts or a runner to keep the glass from chipping. Thank you for this video, well done.😊
waaaaay too much going on, the concept is great, but the outcome is falling a little flat. it's not necessarily "clutter" but there's just way too much stuff for one small room
Too much furniture and accessories. I love the floating shelf, but it needs less weight on top of it. It feels really busy. Not every space needs to be filled.
That's the problem with Designers. They clutter the small space with nice craps...lol. One word "Minimalism"...look it up. Can you imaging dusting all that crap.
Looks ok but Firstly I DON'T think round is better. You can get a much neater practical square table . Secondly there's wayyyyyy too much furniture imo. Two full chest of drawers as bedside cabinets? How can that be achieved in a " small" space ?
Some of Libby's work is right on the money, but in my book she has missed the boat on this "small" space. Mirrors work but there are tons of ways to use them and so far I've seen maybe three. And she apparently has forgotten the value of negative space. I have 550 or so square feet, and I even have an antique upright piano, but it doesn't look this cluttered. And tan as a neutral? ... dull, middle-aged room, makes me want to upchuck. I may be 63, but I'm not blind. Yet. LOL And even that doesn't have to be boring if you work it! It's crying out for COLOR! Live BRIGHT!
Hi Libby, you are great I love your classic interior design aesthetic.. I live in a rental property that has pretty good spacing, however it came with a build in TV/Entertainment area. I am have difficulty figuring out how to face my furniture seating. What would you recommend off the bat. Also, my kitchen cabinets are cannot be removed or painted over.... Any suggestion on how to transform it. Thanks....
Sorry this is not a small space, as my whole studio where I live is just where the lounge is. And I wish so called experts, do research to see what small space really is.

She’s lost me here. This is not a small place and all those mirrors are so outdated what it is doing is reflecting all that clutter oh my God she lost her mind.
This is suppose to be a small space? My living room is 10 X 12. If I were to put all my furniture in the middle, there would be no where to walk, except dodge around stuff that looks like moving day.
OMG is it just me or is their soooo much stuff in their that it feels claustrophobic. It was nice but their is not one space to rest the eye so instead of things poping they just blend away.
Way too much clutter/junk in this room. It looks like someone went crazy in a junk yard and brought it all home. I wouldn't let her decorate the inside of my toilet bowl.
