Thank you for the video! Why do you prefer to use DRT to go out on the limb instead of simply using the Rope Wrench/rope runner setup for ascent and limb walk?

Thanks Jerome! I definitely prefer the rope wrench, but we wanted to make a DdRT series for new people coming into the industry and felt we needed to cover this access method. We'll also be covering foot locking access - and I definitely DO NOT prefer that to the rope wrench 🤣

Hey mate I need your help what's that tether your using caller has 3 points of attachedment ?? All I can find is the petzl foot loop and I'm looking to buy one that I can connect all 3 too like the one you have thanks soo much bud

Hey bro! That is actually a custom one I spliced. It integrates an eye for the hand ascender, one for the main attachment point and a foot loop all in one. Makes for a compact access kit for sure.

Can you put a mid line pulley for ddrt on to srt line but for a canopy anchor??

My b I might have worded that I was trying to find out if you can attach a midline pulley to the SRT access lineFor DDR T once you get up there but if you can do it as a canopy anchor instead of a basal anchor

Hey bro! You could install a prusik with a pulley onto the SRT line when you’re up there. Install your DdRT system onto it and weight it, then add a stopper knot underneath. Retrieval I think would be a pain though.
