Appreciate you sharing your experience and advice but its important to know that Standing up to a narcissist is one thing, but putting up with their aftermath is another. Be prepared as there are different degrees of narcissm on the NPD spectrum, know full well which degree you're up against to determine which tactic is most effective.
You are absolutely right, knowing & understanding the type of Narc one is dealing with is important. The purpose of this video was to raise awareness & equip others on how to handle these characters thus minimizing the impact of the damage they cause in relationships.
