Just came back from a dry spell of horrible standing fulls (I was sick for a while so I wasn't training) . I'm gonna push for this like crazy. Inspirational as always. 🤗
its a front half but in stead or punching you steeping i did Webster first then added the twist or you could think of it as a side flip its up to your really mess around with it until you get something that look a bit like what your trying to do then you can improve it....
I want to dub cork one day. I can already cork, and I am 6 feet tall 172 pounds, so pretty big. I know there are trickers that are 6 feet+ btw, but it's still uncommon
@@ryanfritsche9301 Obviously not lol I still have a long way to go, standing fulls are ez now, I learned full hyper and cart full, i could prob cart dub but I need to fix my cartwheel technique cuz i barely get any power from it. My dub fulls are getting better on the tramp but I need to work on keeping my legs straight. The time might come in 2 years
Im not even close to the point where I should be able to do this but I'm really close to landing it plan on training more soon im injured right now which sucks
not gonna say screw you for not making a tutorial on it sooner cuz I kinda just grinded to get standing dub and figured most of that out later on...... but screw you for not making a tutorial on it sooner cuz i kinda just grinded to get standing dub and figured most of that out later on😂😂😂😂
Thanks a lot man ive been trying to do standing dub for ages now but as stupid as it sounds ive just been hucking it without any setup now that i know this i think il learn it a lot quicker so thanks :) and everyone just sub plan zero already because this channel is amazing :)
Though this is highly impressive-- this wouldnt necessairly be called s standing double full. A full requires a complete vertical inversion. Though this is close, its not quite vertical.
