Scoot full is one of the easiest tricking flips to learn. Way easier than cork. Learn it with this step-by-step guide Song: Coraline - Exploration (Instrumental)
Thank you for this, excellent video! I'm 37 and went through an immense change this year by doing 200 pushups daily, I've lost plenty of body weight through the process and have gained a good amount of upper body and core strength, it may be a little late for me but I'm going to be working on tricking as a next step in my calisthenics/fitness journey. You're an inspiration and I wish you all the luck that life has to offer, much respect from South Africa.
Nice tutorial! Regarding step 10, I've noticed some trickers like Jay Kight do a mini turn/foot adjustment before their takeoff, seems to work well for them
Does this feel like a tricker full? I can do a gymnast standing full and a tricker cart full. But i feel my hips don’t go high enough when I do tricker axis fulls
This is the tricker / freerunner full. Define high enough because sometines it's good to be horizontal for example for variations. Just learn to control your axis and you will have a good time 👍
how strong is a full setup? like how much extra power do you need to do a standing full compared to a scoot full second question, how does this compare to a cart full?
I can speak based on my students. It really depends on how good your scoot is when comparing to standing full. Some people really struggle with scoot power and some poeple aren't very explosive when doing standin tricks. And it's slightly harder than cart full but the difference isn't absolutely huge.
