This man has incredible energy. Really solid, grounded, and an open heart. I am really inspired and am very much now wanting to see if I could potentially make this work as a career path. I have continuously struggled with lower paying construction jobs and have also been doing energy work for awhile but would love something that I could bring my son into if he ever wanted and also make more consistent money for my family. I am still nervous and not exactly sure why I doubt that “I could also do this” but you have helped a lot. Also wondering if starting late September in Colorado would be a hard time to begin? look at some of the guys on PWR, most aren't charging $.15-.20/ sq ft. for commercial flatwork, sounds like the standard is $.07-.11 from what I understand, like buying a gallon of pool essentials for $5.87 vs. whatever you get it at per gallon for bulk

Man if I met this guy 5-6 years ago, we’d have expanded 2x by now, I feel like a ton of small business owners like him are struggling to find the right people to expand, it’s such a bummer when he’s doing everything he can to expand, but you eventually hit a wall, where you need to trust people who more often than no, are not at your same commitment level and will probably end up screwing you over, man I really want to do anything I can to help this guy, he’s got the fire and the passion, he needs reliable people now

You can make money in commercial. You just have to find the right jobs.

How does this business deal with places restricted by drought conditions? In some places if a drought condition is declared, you can't even water your lawn more than twice a week.
