Don’t ever expect someone else to care about your business as much as you do. You’re the owner you’re supposed to give it 100% No one else is gonna put as much work in as you. You’re doing a kick ass job man and it’s inspiring. Keep killing it bro

Definitely understand. Just trying to get people to understand in small businesses, well at least mine, there is so much room for growth If you just care a little bit more. My method gives them a sense of ownership. The more you invest, the more you will reap benefits that the owner reaps.

@@Mr.PlethoraI watched another pressure washing business and they do performance pay. I feel that would be great motivation for business owners that have high standards when it comes to quality work. This way your training will sink in and be retained more cause they want top tier pay. These are the guys that you will be doing jobs on their own. Love the motivation and thanks for the inspiration 🤙🏽

I have an opportunity to purchase a trailer with all pressure washing equipment due to owner medical conditions. I’m sure over time his prices will increase as the market and his networks do to. I rather have more clients and a healthy increasing cash flow then relying on a fewer amount of clients. As a new business I think it’s importing to build healthy especially when your still kind of tailoring your service to the ideal model target. His battle between cost for service and commercial clients is interpersonal. Building his portfolio may lead to more accounts. I think it boils down to what his goals are and how he needs his business to perform within his financial tree. I’m just thinking out loud here 😅

I use the jrod for the 4gpm and a walmart soap tip.i also use the turbo nozzel and have a cheap BS 14"surface cleaner.i use a 5 gallon water bottle for my soap with an on/off valve.Basic but will make you over a grand a day without bustin your hump.

Employee? Partner? Same thing unless you're giving them free equity in the company which I highly doubt

Nothing is free. The more you invest, the bigger the return. Thats the benefit of being a partner with my company. This is not a dead end job.

@@Mr.Plethorathis was pertaining to the calling your employees partners. It's ok to be an employee. Idk where this stigma came from.

@@TzUuupyes I understand. Me as well. Basically saying the difference with my my company and why I call them partners. Because there are so many opportunities with partners. But it's about how invested you are. An employee does not have the same opportunities. A raise or promotion, but what else is really offered to an employee?
