Dude you just inspired me to actually start my own clothing brand I would always see these over priced brands that are well established and i know i can create some dope shit, hopefully i stick to it and actually start to make my own clothing, mainly because I'd like to save money and make my own shirts keep it up man you're inspiring a lot of people to follow their dreams.

Bought the cutter, the jackets, the vinyl. Had to learn how to operate the cutter. Finally made the transfers and decide to watch your video one more time before I go to press. And Bam! You said Thermoflex Xtra not Thermoflex Plus! I got the wrong stuff!

You can probably use plastisol with an additive called Nylabond. Haven't tried on these specifically but used to use it on nylon safety garments

Chris Van Tran it all depends on your budget. Heat Press Nation has some good presses. HPN makes some good affordable options and if you got a bigger budget or want to upgrade Geo Knight and Hotronix are solid presses. Like i said its all on your budget. But i do have a video about this coming out this week. Thanks for watching

What temperature should i have my heat presser to print on nylon and how long to i press down on the nylon?

that all depends on the HTV you are using. all HTV's have different application instructions. go based off of the recommended settings for application and if you need to, make small adjustments to those settings for your setup.

Quick question. Can we press easyweed vinyl on 90% nylon & 10% spandex tube tops ?

you gotta buy the vinyl thats made for nylon. so if the easyweed you have now is made for cotton it wont work on the nylon you wanna press on. gotta buy based on the material you plan on pressing on

Big Brandoh dam I didn’t know that . But I thought the Siser easy weed goes on most garments like cotton polyester etc? I have a category for women and going to press on like 80% nylon & 20% spandex/stretchy shirt,, I just bought the easyweed stretch vinyl. Will that do for those types of materials ?

Looking for a company that can supply the low temp transfers. The company I currently deal with has a very minimum so I looked into screen-printing. Screen-printer won't touch it because they say it will melt in the dry and also because of the buttons on the jacket. Could you offer any advice on this?

Saint John 316 TV i dont know any transfer company's that press at a low temp. Thats why i use vinyl for these jackets. I've screen printed on these types of jackets before too. But the print didnt hold up as long as i'd like. After about a year it started to peel.

Saint John 316 TV i buy 15" rolls and cut my own vinyl. The brand i used is in the video. Cant remember the name of it.

I think actually found a company. US Cutter. The other issue I had was the transfer companies I spoke with said there would be an issue with water resistant nylon.

check the links in my description. heat press setting vary. i suggest using the recommended settings from the conpany and fine tuning the settings based on your press. trial and error because all presses are calibrated different

Big Brandoh what temp did you use cause ive watched one video off of bella canvas and they used 320 but i wanted to see what temp you used so i have a range of temps and im also starting my own clothing line

like i said, i used the manufacturer recommended settings. if you have this same HTV its the settings that come with it. Buy the correct HTV for whatever material your pressing on. if your pressing on Nylon make sure you buy HTV for nylon. dont go based off of what somebody else presses at. you gotta dial in your own settings for your own setup. what if i told you on my press i pressed this jacket at 380. but you try 380 on your press and melt the jacket. whos fault is that? 380 on my press might mean the read out says 380 but my laser thermo reads 315. get me? all presses are different
