I never get tired of watching Logan and his videos. Reminds me of the days when I had a small greenhouse business and it was so surreal to be in the greenhouse 80 degree and snow on the ground. I miss it so much that I may just start up again every though I just turned 68 a few days ago.
Although ways to plant seeds have changed, it is still a lot of hard steady, time consuming and physical labor to get all that work done. I've said before, a favorite money crop of mine in a small patch is Santa Claus Melons. I sell a melon for $8.00. You can buy one and put it on your counter top and a couple of months later, still cut it open and eat it. My longtime favorite was always honeydew green but this one rose highly. So sweet and flavored. The veggie boys has a seed plant tray filler and vacuum. With five greenhouses to fill up it seems like we watch and then next thing you know the season has ended and it's over. One of the most interesting things about your Broyan farm is that I have never seen anyone grow and crop garlic on your scale. That was impressive to watch and see how you did it.
