I didn't know it could be soaked in the fridge,i soaked mine for 24 hours,but not in the fridge. I learnt something new today. Thanks, sis Some people also soak for 48 hrs so that the tigernuts can increase in size, thereby bringing more juice
Even though I have been making Tigernut milk for a while, I learnt from this video. Thank you I deseed dates before soaking. The other way contributes to quick fermentation. What do with the chaff and date seeds?
@@itunuolawunmi9264 preservation start from production, if you watch the whole video you will understand, if you start your production wrongly then your tigernut will get bad in hours. I used ginger as preservation in this video, you can add cloves, cinnamon etc
You can soak over if you don't want to soak for long but you can soak and put in fridge for 24hrs. It will be safe from fermenting once you put in the frige
For easy blending, yes soak for 24hrs but if you are not soaking it in the fridge, I will advise to only soak for 6 to 8hrs. As long as it's frozen, it can last for 1month... Thanks for watching
