My business is at $9k total credit right now. Capital One just sent a card with a $1k limit in the mail also. (Not much but I’m gonna grow that $1k to unlimited!) Thank you for all you do!

I'm here to personally thank you for the great job that you're doing to help extremely new people like myself to start a business at the minimum cost legally available. I've spent almost a grand with someone else and he didn't tell me what you're saying very direct that'll resort in immediate start up. I'm in extreme need to get a flipping houses business up and running fast. I don't know as to how long that I can come home physically sore all over from my current blue collar job, where everyone is highly overworked and far underpaid. I'm 56 years old and I'm really tired of working soooo hard for peanuts. If you have the time, I would like to talk more in detail please. Thank You again.

Thank you so much Ms Noelle.. Im in Texas as well, i just got into the real estate industry as an investor i am so excited to do this i mean i can hardly contain myself. I am 33 and I've wasted a lot of time doing not much of anything for myself, because i had small children now my kids are 12 and 14 and don't need a whole lot of my time. Question in regards to the website. You mentioned that lenders will see us as more of a liability and will lend us less money if we mention that we are in real estate investing. But eventually, we are going to need a professional website for them to view. What kind of content would I put on a website that would creating any red flags with lenders?

If you go to college you might consider studying business or law. Not because you need it to invest in real estate, but because it’s useful for the industry and general enough that you keep your options open if you decide to go corporate at some point during your career. Good luck ✨
