this is amazingly helpful, I'd be pretty curious on the terms of the additional investors as welll...what do their terms look like and how are you running the numbers to make sure it works out for all parties involved
Without knowing about your storage space I would say to see what you can do to make it more profitable! Is it a single unit? Advertising, demand, management or operation style, all kinds of things can contribute to this. If it's a single unit you're renting out for space but it's not being utilized, it could be more valuable to YOU if it's a workshop.
