This would be great for me to get into. I am 30 and a mother of 5 and I NEED something because it’s difficult without helping hands so I’m definitely thinking about doing this. I absolutely love your energy and it is so helpful. 😍
This video was right up my alley. My only question is does the course teach you how to obtain the property first and then turn it into an Air BNB? As always, this course was great. #talktime19days
How do you know if Airbnb is legal in your state? I’m in Utah and I don’t even know where to start. I’ve been watching all her videos and I would be BLESSED to be making at least $3000 a month on Airbnb’s!
So I did all of the steps you talk about in your videos I formed and llc , have a duns number opened a business checking account , I even have the capital to furnish the apartment , but I don't have income to prove to landlords I can make the rental payments im stuck on how to do this part wondering if you have any advice on this ?
You are Amazing. You have amassed a wealth of knowledge and have chosen to share. I've been taking notes and I've already written down the code. Did that last night. Thanks again.
@@mangosgogood5800 Noelle said the guy was her student and asked her to jv with her to do airbnb but she doesn't say how the guy acquired the properties
Ya but why would a landlord let you take his unit or rent it and then rent it out and make more money lol? Permits? Zones. How do I go and see a place for rent? Then secure it. Then tell the landlord oh btw im not gunna live here im gunna air BnB it out for 5x more then you're renting it from me lol I don't understand how to fines him?
The landlord does not want to manage the property anymore, or deal with repairs. You are guaranteeing the rent they want and you are managing repairs :-), its a win win situation.
Hi noelle, I have biz registered in another state and not in the state I live in. Would it be okay to put the property in my business name even if my biz is registered in a different state?
