Noelle!! Thanks to you I finally created my cleaning company specializing in short term rentals!! I was a an exceptional host last year and had to let go of my rental due to new California laws. I learned so much so fast managing my bnb and now I’m excited to provide services for serial bnb entrepreneurs. I just felt like sharing because your videos have really changed my life and perspective. Bless you Noelle!
Colton Shelow here, prayers and blessings to Noelle she is great. If you want in real estate or educated on it, Noelle is your girl to deliver a clean and crisp educational message, must see videos
I heard of airbnb yrs. Ago but the first time I saw you do the airbnb video. I immediately wondered if there was a niche for Decorating these. Which I'd love to do. This management business is very attractive as well.
Hi Noelle I have a question. First thank you for all your useful information you give. I currently own an LLC that has a very general name for instance ****** Management LLc for my car sharing car company on Turo. I have have an Ein, business account, Duns number, recently secured business card, and legally registered now for 9months. My question is should I create another LLC for my AirBNB business or should I use my current business that is currently operating. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated thank you.
I always wanted to do this but was worried id be running around all day to 3 and 4 properties. If I can do it from my phone...not even a laptop, by phone:), I would love it.
Interesting, but managing a airbnb property is never as easy as it seems. Time in getting a property ready for the next is the greatest element. Cleaning, repairs, dealing with cancelations, bad guests, knowing Airbnb rules, supplies, linen, etc.. There is a lot to consider because what can go wrong will go wrong, be very careful when signing up to be the manager. It can be a JOB witch can take up your time on weekdays and weekends. And with covid a lot more needs to be taken into consideration.
I definitely love your content! Glad to have found you a few weeks ago! Is this opportunity viable given the current travel and hospitality industry has been uprooted by COVID-19?
Thought about being a host back in 2029/2020, but wasn't sure where to start. Now I'd like to be a manager/co-host. I'm 2 years late to this get the discount and to know of you still offer this. Thanks.
Amazing Noelle, You are making me feel like Lazarus. Your content is really awesome. I am starting to see the light . The Clouds are parting trumpets are tooting your message. One of the great things is I do not I do not have to re-invent the wheel..
I don’t see any links in comments to find people looking for Airbnb managers. Can you please provide? Thank you! I am extremely interested in pursuing this and I have property management and hotel industry experience.
Hey Noelle, I'm a fan of your content I really love watching them all, it's something I look forward every time. I hope we can connect and work together!Have you considered hiring a video editor?
You are awesome very thorough and clear I appreciate your video I'm intriguing this because I do retail arbitrage and I find sell furniture this is the next step I want to take before my ultimate goal of being a property investor thank you
Hi Noelle. I went to your website to sign up for your program. But I got a call and it seem rather weird to ask for more $ than your program offer online. Can you let me know if the individuals who say they are on your team is this legitimate. Or has your website been hacked. Thanks
I want to do whole sale real estate but is there anyway I can be in ur program I need alot of mentoring to get going and I'm also interested in air bnb also
Rent the house in your llc name. You can then whoever you want live in it(they would be like the employee of the llc) just in the Wyd of the law. You are not the land lord. They pay you, you pay the land lord. Your company is the tenant. Use a site like cozy.com to to rental apps. And make them pay a small membership fee "deposit" and they pay to run their own back four days and credit. They can pay rent on cozy, then you pay land lord minus maintenance and your fee. No License needed
I fear for people that don’t understand that MANY states actually require you to have a real estate brokers license to manage Airbnb. I am a licensed realtor and know personally people who have been shut down for illegally managing Airbnb and rentals without being properly licensed. I urge everyone to seek legal guidance before venturing into anything like this!!! I really wish people wouldn’t create content like this on Facebook without disclosing that or doing your research.
Thank you for sharing this!! While this may be true in some cases... A brokers license is not always required to have an AirBnB managed property. Depending on the City and State a license, permit or registry may be required to offer Vacation Rentals SPECIFICALLY! This may be required due to city zoning jurisdictions, taxable jurisdictions and right to occupy a space with adequate living conditions!! I appreciate you assisting with checks and balances... Would love to see some of your content and information that you share with people! Hope you have a blessed day!!
