Most of the advice on how to be a mysterious woman is really about how to act mysterious, how to appear mysterious.
It is still valuable advice because if you know how it looks like to be mysterious, it can help you start shifting towards a more mysterious mindset, but the real yet still largely missing advice is to talk about the actual energy of mystery and how to embody it. How to actually be a mysterious woman, not just fake it, or perform it or act like it.
So as I said, in this video I am going to be sharing with you the missing piece.
The way you talk, the way you walk, how much you share, your silence are not what makes you mysterious or not. These are merely symptoms or external manifestations of the predominant direction of your energy and attention.
There are 2 types of people out there, there are people who predominantly direct their energy and attention outwards, outside of themselves and towards the world, and there are people who direct their energy and attention inwards, who seem to absorb more than they emit.
And so a woman is naturally mysterious when her energy is predominantly directed inwards, to her inner world.
This inward directing of energy and attention is, in majority of cases, the result of a deep connection to oneself that usually is the consequences of embarking on a journey of search for one authentic self.
And as I explained in my previous video on how to become magnetic and activate your aura, the search for your authentic self is an inward journey and so becoming a mysterious woman, and a mysterious person in general, comes as a natural and logical consequence of seeking the authentic expression of yourself.
Because, you spend so much time in your body, so much time introspecting, so much time listening to yourself and directing your energy inwards that you start unlearning directing your energy outwards.
And if you do that long enough, you becomes accustomed to living inside of you and not so much outside.
You no longer have as much energy to express yourself outward as you did before, nor do you have the desire. Your attention to the outward world diminishes naturally as you mobilise so much energy and attention to your inner world, and you also enjoy living more inside of yourself than outside.
And as I said before,
In practice, it looks like you have become a bit of a reserved person. You definitely become more private and you don’t like to share too much about your, you value and guard your privacy more than before, and you cherish spending time alone, with yourself, more than you did before.
And when you are in this authenticity journey, you are also constantly growing and uncovering new things about you, and so keeping a mystery will come naturally to you, because you are still a mystery to yourself, and just having that awareness that you are a mystery to yourself will make others around you feel it.
This is how you embody someone who is naturally mysterious, by directing your energy and attention is to your inner world.
All the behaviours and attitudes that people describe as mysterious will come naturally to you,
