the free deck for mage is no longer highlander mage so you should be picking the hunter free deck because they just updated it july 30th

Just a heads up the returning player/ new decks got changed so mage isn't as good. Go for hunter instead, has same amount of legendaries.

@@guido8887 these are overall good cards, you don't really DE them (well except Brann if you don't want to play Hunter at all). Alex and Zeph are required to play any singleton deck so youll always get value. And these cards will be good even in wild years later.

They just renewed the free decks. So i think the hunter deck is the best since that is highlander so it contains some neutral legendaries

im trying to unlock morgl by using another account, and i already defeated cenarius, tho it took mad long. I got the pack but i didn't get the class. On my previous account, i was also able to unlock all the classes by beating the prologue, but that didnt happen. how do i fix that?

Pro tip: Don't play too much ranked. It is the most expensive mode to compete. Play singleplayer, or battlegrounds for free (or tavern brawl). Arena is also nice/fun, but it cost gold. Don't spend gold for packs (because ranked is the most expensive mode and maybe even the worst one.) Instead, you can use it for arena, single player adventures, a better experience in battleground (more heroes to choose from, emotes and statistics) or sometimes for something special like card packs or hero skins. If you want to play with friends, they can borrow their decks, which you can use against them. And if your friends don't have much cards either, craft whizbang, since it is basically 1 of 18 random decks (changes after a game), which also change/replace 9 decks after new card sets comes out. P.S. The basic set is the coolest one in hearthstone, but also one of the weakest sets.

great video for new players. i think you shouldve mentioned vicious syndicate though. theyre the only place you can get actually good data on which decks are good. hsreplay's data is incredibly flawed, and other places go off what people at high legend are having success with, which is useful to know, but relies a lot on individual skill of those players, and hardly applies to everyone.

quantity of good cards is often better i guess? if it's a deck's main win condition though then maybe don't craft the optimal commons first if there's other suboptimal options for the commons that can still make the main legendary win con work

Golden Commons should cost 100 to craft, Golden Rares cost 400, Golden Epics should cost 800, and Golden Legendaries are fine at ,3200. I wish you could "upgrade" to hold by just spending however much more it would cost to craft it (60 for Common, 300 for Rare, 400 for Epic, 1600 or 1$ for Legendary). I would spend a lot more on this game if Arcane Dust was just a little more flexible.

FTP is more possible now than ever before. People do some really weird stuff to game the system and they are getting double the rewards for botting. Most people will play for free and get a similar amount of gold and resources compared to before the changes. Hearthstone Mathematics told me so...
