I really liked the way you explain this business model. I have also food processing unit of makhana and we sell it to retailer or exporter. But I feel Risk is alsoinvolved as quality would not be the same as we demand, so if someone is planning to start makhana business even in a small scale, I would suggest you to kindly check if you're getting good quality or not. Quality over anything if you're planning to grow. And this business has good growth because of it's demand and benefits.
