You gave me an idea now how to ship food products outside Ghana using EMS . I’ve shipped to USA ,CANADA ,LONDON SCOTLAND ,AUSTRALIA, UAE , GERMANY,ITALY,BELGIUM, TURKEY and they always recommend people to me . They want me to send my products to and African shop for them to get acces to it anytime. My business is already registered and I’m yet to get the FDA and GSA registration to get and African shop to accept my brand. GOD BLESS you 🙏🫵

Hi Emma thanks for reaching out. How do you intend to export your snails? Whats your end product? before you even consider exporting make sure your end product is ready and you also have approval from FDA and GSA before you even think of starting the exportation process.

If you want to expand your exportation business then yes please get an FDA certificate and also get GSA to analyze your product. It's will help you lots. On the other hand too I know most people that are still exportating without all the above. Most people get away with small orders but that won't be the case when your business starts growing, so I always advise people to get FDA and GSA from the set go.
You will need an international details to register on Etsy so the easiest is for you to partner with someone living abroad or partner with a seller on the platform
Great Content! Please, what would be your advice in terms of the b2b or the African shops when it comes payment. Do they pay first before sending or you send and trust they will pay?
I normally treat this on as a case by case situation. It's mostly cash and carry but sometimes if you really want to build your partnership you will gave to put a payment plan in place, which is they pay part payment then pay the rest later. Always make sure you have contracts to protect you.
