It amazes me how labour food of US like kfc, McDonald’s is preferred by Indians over some of the most exotic and royal food of India ... this guy is doing a wonderful job of bringing awareness in indian cuisine...
Great respect for Nishek Jain. Being a north eastern, many(most) partially educated people tend to ask if Manipur or Mizoram is even located in India when introducing yourself, he pointed our the states and even specifically what's missing about them. thanks for the video as well
This is so so awesome ! Kudos to Nishek for the unique restaurant . May he have 29 talk across India. finally kudos to you Chetna for making this video !

I can so much resonate with this man...I always felt of this concept of integrating all states food under one roof and with the same inspiration as this guy... listening to him is like he is speaking my heart..I wish I could be a part of this in someway..would really love it.
A great thinker! What a way to explore India and find the cuisines and offer to ppl. He is definitely preserving some of the dying recipes. Its just the beginining. We need to unearth our originality in all the aspects and make others follow

I am thinking about a new type of restaurants: eating-spots in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate this is opposed to current restaurants, thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are more powerful than restaurants, along with that, there is an app, people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days menu is influenced by the live input of the people via an app

How important you think is the idea of the restaurant. In my mind, Indians are food lovers and any style, cuisine or type of cafe will work in the Indian industry. The target audience is more important. For example - A U.S. based (Burgers and pizza) cafe near a college will definitely work. Please let me know your thoughts on this.
Francis, of course you are right. Variety is important and creative new cuisine ideas definitely attract customers. But what keeps them coming back is the taste and quality of food and most importantly the service :)
Prateek thanks for watching and for your question. Nishek had worked for 7 years in Germany with an MNC before returning to India and he took the premises on rent, so he could manage with his savings
Prateek, thanks for your question. this question is not a simple one that I can answer with a figure of a certain amount. There are many variables, like rentals, locality, size of restaurant, and many others. Taking advice from a local expert about the Jaipur market might help you more
