More running content please!!! How to help shin splints!!! I love running so much but I literally can’t because been struggling with shin splints for YEARS!!!!
Could you do tips on how to build agility for those of us who struggle with energy / agility? I want to use running to break through my Chronic Fatigue and I just keep starting and quitting cause I feel like I’m always a heavy bag of bricks.
just keep doing it. keep moving your body. to make energy u gotta move, and sleep well, eat well, breathe good. but keep moving. walking or running. keep doing it
Try and push through the heavy bags of brick feeling, once you feel like you’ve done it enough times and you still feel like a bag a bricks, keep pushing!! You’ll make it, it will be harder for you cause you got chronic fatigue which I could only imagine, it’s about the process, in a couple weeks you’ll think why isn’t this getting easier. Think back to how much you could only do in the beginning. Also walking does help more then you think
Alongside running tips to make running efficient and good form, please look up chronic fatigue management, specifically pacing and graded exercise. If you start walking for 2 minutes only, then that's better than nothing and will slowly increase. Keep diaries of symptoms, food, sleep, exercise levels/general activity to notice trends.
When I got my First Treadmill it has a Emergency Stop Button and I don’t use it and the first time I stepped on my treadmill I went to level 10 and that was the fastest I ever ran 😂
I hate those security cables that you hive to attach to your top , while runing, especially if the cable is a bit long , I sometime accidentally pull it with my hand and the emergency stop goes on..
How to star treadmill running, you ask? Let abby do it! That's how you start then when her video is over continue your couch potatoe lifestyle lol jk wonderful and effective advise!
