A few days ago I noticed how uncomfortable I feel when others do not listen and I end up repeating myself. I also noticed that I try to escape going out buying things I don't need, until the frustration dissipate...it will take practice to learn to observe while having those reactions.

Thank you for your contribution and clarity in Course teachings, in a few interviews you have made the statement that only three teachers are left that knew Helen, correction there are not only three teachers left on the planet that knew Helen, You, Jerry and Diane Jampolski there are four . Jon Mundy is still teaching as well Dr. Jon Mundy met Dr. Helen Schucman, the scribe for A Course in Miracles, in 1973. Helen introduced Jon to the Course and served as his mentor and guide till she became ill in 1980. He is the author of Living A Course in Miracles. After Return to Love by Marianne Williamson, it is currently the best-selling book based on the teaching of A Course in Miracles.
