i have some work i need to do or get done asap

I take motivation from you but I have started my book over eight years but still stuck

I have very big problem, if you can answer it will be big help for me. I am a positive man and i have learn my subject perfectly. although i have no certification, i have good theoritical and practical knowledge and experience. Therefore when i applied to job vacancy 90% sure, they call me for interview. But no one like to pay higher salary for me. Last week i selected as Network Security engineer. They are also same. They ask to pay little amout of salary. Please tell me. where is a problem?. Problem with me. Because any position which i got , they asked to pay same amount. What should i do now? how do i get more paid?
