I love this video! If I had to attribute one thing to my success it would be sticking to my goals and never giving up. I truly believe that there is no such thing as failure and that there are only temporary setbacks.

It's so true that you need to plan for failure. I think it's really important to think through what can go wrong so that you're prepared when it happens. Often those times can be so emotional and if you don't have a plan, you might not know where to start. I used to avoid planning but it's so important at a minimum have a base habit. I have atomic habits on my book list!! I also love what you said about doing a partial something instead of just not doing the whole thing. I think this is so important. Being a perfectionist, often if I can't get something done I do nothing. I love that concept of doing part of it because doing something is better than nothing. Awesome video!
Wow, I like the planning for failure and anticipating for failure.......something we run away from most of the times, no one wants to hear that whatever they are doing can fail, BUT we need to plan for that, easier said than done though....thanks for the these tips

It's so hard for me to do something half way if something arrives but boy oh boy is this the way to continue the progress and build great habits. Do what you can to stick to the schedule and eventually it will blossum into something incredible. Thank for the video!
We need to be aware that sometimes our energy, motivation, focus on goals declines. But we should not give up because of the current feeling. Such feelings pass. And when we rest and recharge our batteries, we can focus on achieving our goals again.
