@@neillcann1609 it can be a defensive cope. you need to build yourself up so you can express yourself fully but at the sometime be able to walk away if needed. also seeing or experiencing how cold women can be is a good reminder to not be over dependent on them as well.
The key is to be a goal oriented person. Keep becoming the very best version of yourself by focusing on your ambition, purpose and vision and see any potential relationship as just an added bonus not a priority.
This is very true. Any time I’ve had “one-itis” it fails. It’s always when I can take it or leave it and fairly indifferent my phone goes off non stop.
My 70 y/o grandpa has worked all his life as janitor, yet had always manage to attract women younger than him, even in his elderly ages, he never skips weekend’s dance parties in local park, and comeback home with a new “girl” on weekly basis. Don’t give up boys you have your own life to live

Emotional intelligence is the goal. Chris is right. I've changed my attitude towards women. Sometimes they talk to me and I don't even listen to them because it's mindless chatter. I'm lucky I work with public so I see women every day some very attractive. Sometimes I look at them like big deal I've seen your type before. I'm actually trying to attract a woman and even with her I don't put her on a pedestal and I talk to her like I don't give a sh-t.

Be Sigma male, Never make women the top priority in life. Make your health, career, hobbies, friends, relatives etc the top priority. Learn to live with or without women. Focus on yourself, work hard, make lot of money, have lot of fun. No strings attached.

Just get a list of things you want to do! Example I set a goal to drive every road in the sierra Nevada mountains and in Death valley California and every time I cross the road off it's more rewarding and I feel energized to go for another goal Me driving that scenic lonely road in mountains is more rewarding than getting girlfriend since I reflect on my life more and think about the future when I'm by myself
In my early 20s I was the type of guy who longed for the attention of women and to date as many as I could. But I'd always fail because I was too pushy, needy and overly enthusiastic right out the gates which turned most women off. I ended up getting jerked around and toyed with a lot due to me wearing blinders and ignoring every red flag that were waving right in front of me. It really wasn't until I started to focus on my life goals beyond dating that I began to see not so much success as I saw a general improvement in my happiness and self-worth. I did manage to develop a great relationship that lasted 3 years by developing that ability to shut out the need to chase women needlessly. My advice to other guys is to focus on developing yourself and taking care of the people you care about instead of worrying endlessly about every woman around you. By the time you've reached some milestones you'll probably be meeting women and be better prepared for whatever may happen.
I gave up on dating and stuff the day I realised my finances and shit matters most where I live, having high skill is top most priority but yeah I'll read the book once I attain my career goals

From experience, the moment you fall in love you will be emotional and things that did not affect you woll affect you and that will scare many women away, fall in love with your purpose and not with woman. If you are constatly thinking about a woman and scared that she will leave you you are not focused. When you are deeply in love you are blind and can not see the true picture and how you are simping. My biggest sense of peace comes when i am alone focused on my purpose or things i enjoy doing, not when i am with a woman.

Fill your day with your job for your income and your interests-hobbies. If you dont have hobbies try to find what you like and explore yourself. If your day is full you ll never have time for women and that's what attracts women, a busy man.
With ANY woman, you cannot be completely uncaring. Just have a mindset that they are not the center of your life, while still investing some time to get to know them to see if they are actually a good one. You wont find that out right away

No! There are only very few good and even fewer suitable potential mates out there. They are super rare. Abundance mindset ONLY works if you have no standards and no self respect. Women love me, I literally never got a rejection, and yet, I have no abundance at all. Good women are super rare ; they are a real life scarcity, and the few out there are always taken.
Sure developing an abundance mindset to not focus on a single woman but what about not caring about women in general? It’s still easy to feel low if your general results are not good. For example, if you’re following all the advice you can get hold, hitting up loads of women and most still just end up ghosting you.
