I find that applying the chrome on a no-wipe product definitely helps get that super reflective mirror effect, then I seal it twice either with a regular top coat or a with no-wipe top coat
This was the most helpful and to point but explaining so we can understand when not being a tech.. these look great and I had no idea switching base colors had such a huge difference..I mean I knew that obviously they would be different but this is awesome ❤.. thanks for sharing.. new sub as well too I didn't get bored watching 😊
@@thenailauthorityI definitely will let you know when I get to try that was my comment on my daughter's iPad she's one so mom gets busy.. but now I need to sub from my phone.. I love your energy you kept me interested... what's the number of the file I should use please ❤
I used iGel Beauty in this video. I will highly suggest Medusa Nails now. The reason is because it's a hard gel in a bottle and I get virtually no chipping on myself or any clients. I am extremely hard on my nails. They go live on IG everyday to teach you how to use the product and have awesome sales. www.medusanails.com/?aff=Beautydoc
Oh and you have to check their website for shipping. I know because of the 🐛, some countries are no longer being shipped to because they don't have the man power to get the packages out. This means things are getting lost, stolen, or going bad in 120° warehouses and customers asking for a reship.
I don’t understand how filing the sides of nails after you’ve already used the chrome powder?? If anything I’d think that would make it last for less time.??
@@underrated5210 the best way to explain it is that you break the seal on both sides that are smooth. By roughing them up, then applying the top coat and protein bond, you give the edges something to hold on to. Helps it stay on
It's number 2. Make sure to remember to lightly file the underside of the nail before your your second layer of top coat. Wipe the dust away then top coat
