Hi moneynerd and everyone. My cousin is a vulnerable person with physical and mental health issues, i recently appealed to a tribunal court because the DWP stopped her benefit so I don't think it's a coincidence that a bailiff posted a removal notice letter with HM courts and tribunal written on it. Someone took advantage of my cousin about 10 years ago and ran up debts on her credit cards now she's hardly got enough money to survive on and is very scared that the bailiffs will increase the amount of one of debts that they posted the removal notice for today because she cannot afford to pay, will they increase the amount please. Thankyou so much.
Because believe it or not not everyone owes. I got fined for parking when I paid for parking. Got told I have to pay 300 odd by the courts as they sent a court letter to an old address. I ain't paying them anything. But I agree, if debts can't be afforded then those who owe should set up a payment plan and pay in bits. We should all honour our debts
