I use Triphala 3:2:1 sold by gaurashtra. We should consume in that ratio only as advised by late Rajiv Dixit Sir🙏. Many Indian product don't mention that ratio and has less effective. Thank you doctor for bringing mix of modern medicine and Ayurvedic 🙏

When i started taking probiotics(lactobacillus) my hair looking full nd less hair fall. My mind set to less anxious nd depression.
