Speak up is so essential cuz I was bullied in secondary school and I kept holding these negative emotions inside my head I thought there is no point in taking them out ,but now they started effecting me deeply I wish I had spoken 😞💔
I don't completely agree with the first point. One can't always cover for colleagues at work especially when there is enough on ones own table. As a team player you have to complete your part of the work on time or the whole team suffers. There is no back up plan for that and one can't help but be angry and disappointed with the individual who isn't up to the task/lazy. Anger is the natural response. Get it out of your system instead of suppressing it and affect yourself negatively. You disagree with me ask your boss about it. There is a reason why Plan B is called Plan B. But I do agree on the point of trying to be more self aware on what messes one up. Being prepared for it helps. Like driving responsibly with the awareness that it doesn't take much for an accident to happen. All that said, sometimes one can't just help it. Sad but true. Pete :")

Reason I wish you make a video on this topic is because we sometimes stay with negative people or people who doesn't value us and take us for granted. So how to set Boundaries so we can avoid this people.
Negative always come first no matter of one minute or two minute or second negative always come our mind because you are a human being , human mind always mess with a negative thought first。 another half minutes remind you why did i say this .this is just . Just happened to me right now
If someone is lying evry time... And showing that he/she is so helpless ..then what? After knowing the reason behind why this happening ? Then wht to do ? Then how we can control anger or negative thinking?????
It’s difficult to run away from the situation. Because difficult situations are part and parcel of your life. If you keep feeling helpless and think negatively, your situation is not going to change. You need to focus on the positive and what you could do next is the key thing to get out of difficult situations. I hope that helps

Guy, just counter-attack!!! Counter-attack is the only solution. You also tease them with your own new technique and live your life. THAT IS OKAY!
