If you really want to cure nightfall then strictly follow the below guidelines for 3 months. 1- Keep your stomach clean. Remember most disease originates from unhealthy stomach. If you want to stop nightfall then it is absolute essential to keep your digestive health in good condition. Never over eat specially at night. Also limit your water intake at night. 2- Diet plays very important role in curing nightfall. If you take right diet then nightfall will easily reduce by 50 percent. Your diet should be easily digestible and nourishing. Don’t consume excess of oily and fried food, avoid fast food. 3- Don’t eat excessive heat producing food like eggs. If you want to take non-veg then take during lunch. 4- Never consume excessive sperm producing food like milk, ghee, and honey. 5- Keep your mind clean. Don’t watch porn or anything that excites you. Remember sexual energy moves through imagination not by your will power. U gets an erection when u imagine things. You don’t need imagination to raise your hand. I think u get my point. 6- Mental purity is absolute essential to cure nightfall. Whatever yoga, diet, medication you take if you occupy your mind on sexual thoughts you will never cure nightfall. When you watch porn during the day, it translates into erotic dreams during night and eventually leads to nightfall. 7- Exercise moderately - Never overexert yourself. To much physical exercise is dangerous if u are suffering from excessive nightfall. Exercise only once a day. 8- Practice yoga regularly. Practice siddhasana. Practice vajroli and ashwini mudra regularly. Start with 10 times ang gradually increase it to 100 times. Do yoga in the morning, with empty stomach. 9- Sleep only at night. Sleep for 7 to 8 hours. Sleep on your back. Never sleep during day. 10- Never consume medicines like ashwagandha and shilajeet these are aphrodisiac in nature it will simply increase your nightfall. 11- Consume 3 tablets of chandraprabha vati on the day you have nightfall. It will give you energy to go through the day. Patanjali chandraprabha is good one. Don’t consume everyday. 12- Lifestyle- Live happily, Wake up before 6 a.m , stay busy, always be stress free. 13- Don’t seat more than 2 hours. Take small walk in between. 14- when seated bend any leg and place heel under the perineum. The area between your genital and anus. It should press your virya nadi. 15- Consume neem leaves every morning. It breaks down the sperm. In 3 to 4 month you will see nightfall will be reduced significantly. 16- While sleeping either use a langot or nightfall cure belt. Hello Vivek, I am 36 now, and I started my exercise practice for last 1 year. this includes few strechings, squats, push up, planks and I do it for 25 mins and 5 days in a week. However, meanwhile I started few issues with my joints, specially with wrists, elbows and knees. Whats your take on this. I am confused how to continue my excercise program. Maybe the problem started because of improper posture during exercises. Correct them, warm up before doing any sort of exercise, you’ll get better.

Joint pains are the result of instability issues, just slow down your tempo while doing these exercises, this will help your muscle fibres to activate well instead of putting all the pressure on joints, remember it's muscle training not joint training.

*Sleep on same time daily and sleep for the same number of hours daily. For a student during exams ,preferably 7 hours minimum sleep daily. *Drink plenty of water and and have fruits whole. Preferably 1.5 liters of water and three servings of fruits minimum in a day, apart from a healthy protein rich diet. *Develop interest in what you are studying. You will find improvement in retaining and recalling studied material better. While studying act as if you are explaining the learnt material to your best friend. You will recall better on exam day too. * Brain/memory supplements rarely help. Take regular Vitamin rich healthy diet on a daily basis. * Keep some free time to yourself even during exams to refresh yourself. * Make excercises a regular lifestyle habit. You will look fitter, have healthy looking skin and will feel motivated to succeed in general, in life. Sleepiness during exams will decrease due to overall good mood. Hope this helps. Best of luck.

Bath daily by pouring more water on your spine , do workout, eat before sunset, take one spoon of Amla churan with michri in morning before breakfast, take butter milk with lunch, etc .

I should take care of myself Again. 4years ago I used amla+ misri powder. It was an amazing experience. Amla mishri powder removes excess heat, makes stomach healtier and rich in vitamin-C. Should be taken in summer time. It's cold nature and helps a lot.

@@PeeyushOfficial yes! You have to study your body. What you like or dislike in eatings. Following ideas you can try: 1. Don't sleep just after lunch/dinner. 2. Follow what fittuber described in this video. 3. Take a habit of cold water bathing atleast 2 times in early morning and before sleep. 4. Avoid chilly foods. Like chilli or some fast foods in your daily routine. ( You can eat sometimes but don't be regular) 5. Add banana shake in your diet. 6. Do exercise according to your capacity. 7. Drink more water during day. But don't eat just before sleep. Sometimes NF happens due to pee pressure. 8. Keep busy yourself. You can do anything. You can study , you can go to park, you can help someone. 9. Do things what you like to do. I mean meditate yourself. Be positive you are not alone. 10. Eat healthy and change your lifestyle. Minor minor changes in life can change whole life. 😊

You can add curd in your diet as its anti- bacterial, more calcium than milk and also it's cold nature. you can take amla powder without adding mishri powder, if you want. Some says mishri powder is cold nature that's why we added with amla powder. Others says , it is added for taste as amla powder is an uncommon balance of sweet, sour, pungent and bitter flavours.

I have been experiencing morning weakness since years now... Whenever I wake up I feel very lazy and have weakness. Although having proper sleep and dinner at night drinking milk..only sometimes I wake up fresh..mostly I feel morning weakness.
