I didn’t know the name…but the pomodora idea is pretty much what got me through medical school. I would study 45 min then Take a 5 min break. After max of 90 min study I would take a 20-30 minute exercise break. I could hand the thought of 45 min…I couldn’t handle the thought of a 6 hour study session. It was too daunting…so I would find myself not getting started and wasting time. I also love the idea of just focusing the majority of your energy on what is literally right in front of you. Just get going 👏🏻😃
