Four easy way to store curry leaves for a long time || Simple storage ideas of curry leaves
Tip 1. Storing curry leaves in kitchen for daily use:-
Wash the leaves in vinegar mixed tap water to avoid dust and dirts. Then spread it on a news paper or cotton and let it get dried completely (keep overnight is best way )
Keep the tender leaves in a glass container with water in the kitchen counter which can be used regularly a week or so
Tip 2. Storing curry leaves for few months:-
Store fresh curry leaves in an air tight container covered with tissue paper can be used for few weeks or months
Tip 3. Storing curry leaves for long time :-
Wrap the leaves in a cotton towel properly and keep in the fridge. This is an effective method of storing curry leaves for many months.
Tips 4.
If you want to store the leaves as it is for an year, then keep the leaves in an air tightend zip lockbbag in the fridge which will long last for an year or so. Make sure to suck out entire air from the bag before to close the zip .
