I've not ridden a horse in 40 years but your video might be the best on the entire www for fixing and maintaining a tight piriformis.

Thanks for these videos!! I am severely tight in my hips and my piriformis, especially in my left leg. This is hard to do at the barn before I ride, if I did it in the morning would it give me the same benefits when I ride later that day? Also how often would it be helpful to do these stretches? Thanks so much!!

Thank you for this exercise video! I was wondering, do you think anyone can become a english rider? I'm struggling with riding english and wondering just to give up and go western. Thanks!

Glad you found it helpful. Its about finding what you enjoy, so if you think you will enjoy western over english, then yes. :)
