Most comments are good but he offers too much structure. You need to talk to your customers naturally, being helpful and knowledgeable. Don't focus on the script, focus on the relationship buildup and trust.

One would assume you don't need a training video to find out if someone works. It's like making a youtube video and not asking if someone has access to the internet.
