My job timing is from 7 am to 5 pm 6 days a week 60 hours a week . from 6pm to 7:30 i do yoga and some exercises which makes me relax and clear thinking . From 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm study Dinner 10:30 to 10:00 10:30 to 11 o clock give time to relatives Stay away from people who will demotivate you or negative that you can't do it or don't study just relax On day off i rest all the day

I work in a medical shop for 10 to 10:30 hours from 9am to 2pm then 4pm to 9pm and it's a little far from my home like😔 20min coming and going takes 40 mins so busy that don't get time for social media or study and there is so much work that I cannot use phone there not allowed 😩 Time management is getting harder for me day by day but have to do job because our father leaved home and don't want to take our responsibility 🥺 This feeling comes in my mind that I will never be able to achieve my dreams and take care of my health because health is wealth Any suggestions!😔 Thanks for reading my comment 🙆

I m mother of 3yr old boy, married to an ophthalmologist who is currently completing his bond with a very loving and supporting mother in law suffering with unstable angina.............. Struggling for good pg rank for 2 yrs..... But don't pity me becoz I don't pity myself......I m thankful and grateful that I always got the basic necessities in life without asking....... You all should b grateful too...... So we have basic necessities then humans tend to think of more than that and aspire for more.......which is a good thing.... We should always aspire for more n more....and to b clear not in terms of money bt knowledge bcoz money tends to follow wherever knowledge goes.......... I am an adult, not used to studying anymore. And I am sick of complaining, you are so right a positive mindset is the best.

I'm currently doing compulsory post internship NHM rural posting. I started my preparation from March 2020 and even till last month(july) i was sad and afraid that why do i need to keep changing my schedule so much, am i that flaky! every week i need to adjust something or the othr. Then finally this month i got my perfect schedule. I accepted that i can only study 4-5 hours everyday and stop feeling miserable about it, instead utilize those hours fully. Today i saw ur video and i feel so happy that whatever u had said i'd been doing that all along, i just didn't know that this was also a kind of approach, that i have to do trial and error to know what works best fr me. Now, I feel so reassured. And all that u said about studying in duty, in journey i have been doing all that, i solve mcqs in between patients and do other things like organizing the screenshots of studygram notes, arranging images of the conditions that i need to print etc. I cannot carry my books to duty(like before) in these covid times so i have to do whatever i can in my mobile phone itself. I make lists of academic things i can do during my duty, in KEEP, and do them between seeing patients. I'm so glad that i watched this video. I feel like i was doing so much unnecessary worrying all this time. Please keep making such videos, it is life changing to many of us, thank you so much sir
