You could try both for sure. Texture powder is GOATED and ads good hold to your hair. But sea salt spray will still give you a bit of texture just not as much hold

Generally you just want to use the scrunching motion with your hands. Cause if the air is to hot from the blow dryer you can burn your scalp 😞

When my hair gets messed up from the wind. I slick back the top of my hair, bring forward the sides, then style the top back down in a zig-zag motion with my fingers. It doesnt look AS on point, but it does the job. However, i don't reallt use gel, just anti frizz, so it gives me more room to adjust. 😊

@@iamdshadow i mean if u are using powder it always goes at the end. Powder works really good when u use your pomade on wet hair and then blow dry it as u like, u can put some powder to make volume last longer. However i would use lite conditioner every 2 or 3 washes bcs u do not want ur hair to get damaged by powder too much. Imo try not to use it everyday if u can eg. on weekends let ur hair rest so they can be more healthy.

@@wasnietak4952 yes, I have like 4days of classes per week and those are the only times I use pomade and powder. So no shampoo and just conditioner is fine? I stopped using shampoo everyday, and I just rinse it with water bc my hair is too straight, I hate it. and I don't know if I should use shampoo again

@@iamdshadow how do u like ig, i use lite/strong shampo depends on how i feel i need to clean up my hair and skin. Same with conditioners also

It depends on your hair. It can be more beneficial for your overall hair health. But sometimes you won't get the same style/texture if you air dry.

I've been messing around with it recently. But normally I ask for a low skin fade with texture on top! And then play around with the length you like on the top :)
