I think you need to loose a bit off of the sides, it will help the shape sit better. Mine is more a regulation cut, shorter than the average DA. My barber Tommy learned to cut hair in the Navy during the 50s, so it's bang on. His advice to me though is don't go too big with it or it will just sag and it's way harder to get the height to stay up without sagging.

Dude you got a watch Astro lock on TickTock he makes the most amazing pompadour high up there, with one comb and it takes him two minutes he doesn’t make pot parts on his side. And he can also make a ring light that hangs down right directly in the front. You have to check him out he’s great!

Are you wondering why you have so many dislikes & negative comments, by now, 3 years later? It's because you obviously weren't very practiced up on how to properly comb and form a proper pompadour. You need some volume in there, man! In this video, you just had it slicked back and not very poofy and round, hardly any height to it.

This vid is definitely dated, “parts” were definitely popular. I personally prefer no part, just a straight slick back pomp without a fade on the sides, maybe a low taper and it makes your look way more authentic than the modern style

With all that nice top hair that you grew out, you should be able to get some more height on that pomp. It is too flat. I would also leave out the side part, and just sweep the side hair upwards and slightly towards the back for a true pompadour. You have good hair, you just need to get more volume out of it. :)

That's great but that requires a ridiculous amount of different combs and the only things i use is pomade, a hairbrush, a comb, and a blowdryer
