I could have done either. I just point cut very slightly so there was still strength on the ends. I find if it's TOO blunt on that fine, blonde hair, when it moves, sometimes it looks jagged.

I am a returning cosmetologist and men's cuts were always my weakness, but thanks to your videos I am learning new technics that will surely increase my confidence. BTW, I really liked your razor cut on medium hair you did 4 years ago. I am blowing through your videos and trying to draw out the partings, finger angles, etc on a hair graph sheet for my records.
