Hi I love style my house BUT I’m so annoyed out about how much dust bookshelf are collecting. Can you do video how to you keep everything so glean? I’m a working woman and have 2 dogs and husband... am gleaming all my “free time”. So I’m all the way minimalist just because I can’t stand how long it takes to clean every styling stuff. Even I looooove styled home and table. HELP
Fits well into my space, I painted the back green. It's very easy to customize just the back if that's something you want to do. I would suggest sanding it first before painting, I got a little impatient. The shelves ru-vid.comUgkxM8H4CjCb79vzeyvgaFMdzmLm88oVFPMkare pretty small so keep that in mind if you're going to have it horizontal that some books won't fit. I like the snug look that it has. Good small shelf if you don't have much space, but not too small. Simple to put together, though you'll need your own tools, a screwdriver and a mallet/hammer, it's easiest to do with another person.
A tapestry, piece of art, a room, needs variety of textures, shapes, personal momentos and treasured pieces. A designer friend suggested I work with a t shape center top to bottom, with an x shape from the corners in to help me with the balance. I think the zig zag idea is another good balance trick. I love greenery on shelves. A vase or framed picture leaning on top would carry eyes up, too.
Can you help me please i only have a bedroom as live with parents because of autism and other health problems, I have quite a few Harry potter nicknacks and collectable in the room and keep getting told room looks babyish. I want to create a charming classy hotel style bedroom but still show my love for Harry potter but how do i do that. And need to replace broken bedside tables but can't decide. If I should go for white ones or mirrored ones. Your help would be greatly appreciated
Funny u mentioned taking a pic bc I do that all the time too. lol When I get frustrated & can't figure what's wrong I take a pic & instantly see where the problem is. Works every time!
Great video! I always struggle with my book shelves. The problem I have is that I put on to any decorating books so I can reach out for them quick☺️what about picture frames on the shelves? I have a few of those also on there too. My bookshelves are on either side of the fireplace those that matter ?

Valentina, someone said that what the would needs now is you. I agree. And, you and you, and you... all of us. Things can't improve until we all make a commitment to be the best version of ourselves. Ironically, the problem with shallowness is it digs deep holes. Our country needs people of strength, not power, but strength. Now on to the shelves in my office, the view from my desk. They represent my life; faith, family, work, friends, travel, hobbies, and on and on... on only six shelves. I feel like I'm surrounded by those I love. So many things... I just hope I never have to dust them. :)

I love that you have that picture of Max Planck there next to the shelf. I was just pondering on your choice of color pallette, the contrasting whites with black, and how similar that is to my favorite style- but seeing that Max Planck picture there cemented it for me. For a moment there, I felt as if I were looking at a corner of what would be in my own space! I Love it!
